Great things are happening every day at Indian Trail Elementary.
The Canal Winchester Board of Education will involve community members in discussions about the district’s facilities this fall as part of the development process for the Master Facilities Plan. These discussions will include a community meeting on October 23 and the opportunity for feedback through the district’s annual survey
We are excited to welcome our fans to Mike Locke Stadium for Canal Winchester High School Varsity Football games this season! To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all, we have implemented several new safety measures in collaboration with local law enforcement.
The Canal Winchester Board of Education will vote on a recommendation to hire Dr. K. Sam Akulli as Director of Technology at its September 9 board meeting.
This year's Canal Winchester vs. Groveport Madison Varsity Football conference game will kick off at 2 p.m. on Saturday, October 26, at Mike Locke Stadium in Canal Winchester. Hosting the game on a Saturday is one of several safety measures our districts have collaborated on to ensure a safe, enjoyable, and memorable experience for our students, families, and fans.
We are deeply saddened to share that a member of our CW Family, Speech-Language Pathologist Alexa (Gough) Stakely, passed away this morning from injuries she sustained in a tragic incident late last night. "Ms. Alexa," as her students knew her, was a dedicated Speech-Language Therapist in our preschool program at Winchester Trail Elementary and had been with our district for five years.
